The St. Paul Regional Office of the USDA Risk Management Agency is a key player in the agency’s mission of providing effective, market-based risk management tools. Serving Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, the Regional Office engages with stakeholders, including farmers, agricultural experts, insurance agents, and Approved Insurance Providers, to provide on-going improvement and education for crop insurance policies.
